I'm not your typical business consultant! What truly makes me stand out as an individual is that I bring a unique mix of left and right brain capabilities to the table - allowing me to share differing perspectives and viewpoints with my customers - with empathy - being able to advise both business and creative individuals. I have spent the past 20 years building my consulting practice from the ground up, assembling a world class A-team of employees, most of whom have been senior executives.

My joy comes from exploring different ways of doing things - innovating - providing a new perspective - that is what makes me tick. I want to enable my customers to stand alone and hear my voice even when I am not physically there. I have developed many creative solutions to address workplace issues from my own life experiences and from consulting with my customers. However, it frustrates me that wherever I go, in the elevators and hallways of almost every office building, I hear the same complaints - from workers to managers to partners to CEOs. Obviously, I can't reach every person through my consulting practice; there aren't enough billable hours in each day to cover all of the people who need my help.

So I decided to write Work Zone Madness! to reach as many people as possible, help them deal with their daily struggles and give them a new perspective. Work Zone Madness! is a reference tool that enables me to reach out and share my knowledge and insights with others across the globe.
